It should be placed on record that my wife and I were thoroughly satisfied with all aspects of your service. Having obtained quotations from three companies including First Choice, I can say that your price was far and away the most reasonable.

This however is not the only yardstick by which I judge performance, and I am happy to say that your company far outweighed your competitors in all other aspects as well. Everything was supplied and fitted as per your specification, the job was completed on time, and the fitters who carried out the work were of a very high professional standard.

Nothing was too much trouble for them, everything was left in a clean and tidy condition, and they were extremely friendly and courteous.

All in all a splendid job, and a company whom I would recommend anywhere.

We would like to thank you and your team of fitters for the excellent work carried out during the construction of our conservatory. We are very pleased with the final look of the building. We were particularly impressed with the way in which the final "snags" were dealt with (ie speedily and without question).

ps Could you also pass on our thanks to Terry. On the day he arrived to finish off the brickwork, we had a major flood in the kitchen due to a burst pipe!!! Terry was really helpful and managed an emergency repair for us. Above and beyond the call of duty!!
